Stay Rules

• 2 Adults only (18+).

• 3-night minimum stay required in low season, 7-night minimum stay in high season

• The cottage is on working croft land therefore please contact me directly to enquire about possible dog stays. 

• Infants welcome but the cottage does not have any facilities for young children or babies.

Payment & Cancellation

• A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival.

• Cancellations within 28 days of arrival are charged in full.

• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

• Ferries and flights should always be booked at time of booking accommodation or as soon as available.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 4 PM – 11 PM. Please do not arrive before 4 PM.

• Check-out: By 10 AM. We cannot offer late check-outs. (Please let me know if you are on a early ferry so our house keeper is updated).

• Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving.

• Ensure the key is back in the key lock box when checking out.

Property Care & Safety

• Strictly no smoking inside or outside due to the fire risk of the thatch on the cottage.

• No fireworks, sparklers, candles or bbq

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss. 

• Please leave the space tidy and dispose of rubbish properly.

• Please call us if you have any questions.

• We have our house keeper/caretaker nearby if you need anything.

• We take no responsibility for ferry/flight cancellations; travel remains the guest's responsibility.

• Report any issues immediately during your stay so we can help.
